Physicals for School
A physical examination for school may be required when your child is entering middle school or high school. A physical examination for school will help protect your child from a variety of illnesses and help identify any chronic medical conditions. LaGrange Medical Center school physicals include one of our doctors performing a complete physical exam and reviewing your child’s medical history. Also, a physical examination for school is highly recommended if your teenager plans to play any sports.
Physical Examination for Sports
Most schools require a physical health examination if your child will be participating on a sports team. Sports physicals are recommended to ensure your child is fit to play a sport safely. LaGrange Medical Center’s doctors will perform an affordable and thorough physical health examination.
Football, hockey and other sports can be very physical. As a parent, you will want to make sure that your child is in the best physical shape to prevent injuries. A sports physical will provide an opportunity for you to discuss any health concerns you may have for your child.
